    Cabbage roll with bison and winter vegetables (vegetarian treatment for those who require)

Main

Venison two ways – both rack and braised (black cod available as an option) herbed potato mashbraised red cabbage

Dessert

     Dried and seasonal fruit bread pudding with brandied creme anglais.
