Always good! AC Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Gibault, 2012 (available from agent Nokhrin wines). The real taste of SB: crisp, mineral, fruity with a (medium) body on top. Chill well and enjoy on its own or to start…Sheila and I already went through 2 cases! At $13 it is  a steal (you need to star at $20 with other SB to match it)!
