With the membership somewhat concerned about the closeness of travel on the bus for a full day Jim Henry presided over the most excellent pivot. Calling upon the services of Nicholas Pearce, the wine world was brought to us courtesy of their sommelier. The dinner was prepared by Montfort and the weather, which threatened earlier, held off.
