Dear Friends:
An opportunity to grab within a couple of days!
(Made for the restaurants and therefore not on the LCBO shelves)
I tasted them with Jean Pierre Colas (the wine maker) on Saturday and both wines are very nice and worth far more than $10 !!!
The white is very aromatic, with body and good acidity (can be sipped or matched with fish, salads and Asian food)
The red is smooth, with good body and structure (13.5% alcohol).
Both are quite unique blends of several varietals
They will keep in your cellar for a few years (the White for a couple and the Red longer) but at that price, it could become your day to day wine for a while!
I have ordered a few cases.
