Cost for members is $120 and $130 for guests
Note: Please advise if for any reason you or any guests do not plan to attend the meeting portion of the evening so that your appetizers are set aside.
The Wine Bar (located at 2362 Lakeshore Road West in Oakville (Bronte)) is owned and run by chef/sommelier Devon Masciangelo. Devon is who tantalized our tastebuds at the South African wine event.

In the spirit of the evening’s theme of New Beginnings, at 6pm, the bottles of Cava will be sabered and served alongside a spread of charcuterie and smoked salmon with blinis and crème fraîche, as we aspire to take you on a trip through Europe that we hope will bring new insights to the proverbial table.

First course will be a creamy vegetable and goat cheese tart served with a Vouvray.
Choice of main is between a Greek Moussaka (featuring eggplant, lamb and ricotta) paired will be a red (Xinomavro from Naoussa, Greece) or a beautiful Spanish Paella with chicken and chorizo, to be paired with either a red (Mencia from Bierzo) or a white (Albariño from Galicia).
Dessert will be cannoli paired with a sweet Passito di Pantelleria from Sicily, made from 100% Zibibbo (aka Muscat of Alexandria).
